Bookings & fares
By booking a ride you confirm your pickup and drop details. Fares are estimated at booking and the final fare may vary with the actual distance, waiting time, tolls and applicable surcharges.
Rider responsibilities
Riders must provide accurate details, be ready at pickup, and travel safely — no unlawful, hazardous or prohibited items or conduct.
Safety
For everyone's safety, please wear seatbelts and follow the driver's reasonable instructions. Report any safety concern to us immediately.
Cancellation
Rides can be cancelled before the driver arrives; a cancellation fee may apply once a driver is assigned or en route.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NiskuFleet is registered.
